On this website, you may have noticed that some of the pictures within it have "I attempted to contact this author for
permission to use his work, but was unable to." That means that technically, the pictures are being used withought permission.
I am aware of this. I am trying to contact all the artists who did these pictures to get permission, but this is a lengthy
process.
At no time do I state that these pictures are mine.
If you are the illustrator/owner of any of these pictures and want them removed, please contact me as soon as possible
and I will do so.
I will continue my efforts to obtain permission for these pictures.
In addition, pictures are used from Shamu.com as background pictures. These photos are in the public domain, and
are not being used for profit.

Regarding US code 18 U.S.C. 2257
Recently, this site experienced a scare when this new law came into effect,
which requires webmasters to keep detailed records regarding actors/actresse's private information, to try and stop child
pornography.
However, this site does comply with this law, and here are the reasons why.
Exibit 1: In the law, there are refrences to commerce, meaning "for profit". This site is
run is not for profit.
Exibit 2: The line in subsection A: "contains one or more visual depictions made after
November 1, 1990 of actual sexually explicit conduct" (emphasis mine). To an observer,
I think it's fairly obvious that none of the acts on this site are possible in real life.
Exibit 3: From subsection H: (1) the
term “actual sexually explicit conduct” means actual but not simulated
conduct as defined in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of paragraph (2) of section 2256 of this title;" (again, emphasis mine). Everything on this site is simulated/fake.
Exibit 4: From section 2256, refrenced above, which is a description of
what the government defines as sexual explicit:
"(A) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital,
oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
(D) sadistic or masochistic abuse;"
Now, the only possible conflict I can see here is with B: Bestiality. According
to definitions of this term, bestiality is basically "Sex with animals". This site does not have having
sex with animals. I suppose someone could claim that D could be used, because people are basically being swallowed.
But almost of all the pictures are gentle, and no blood or violence is shown, so I think that one can be ruled out.
In addition, a member of a photo manip site did some research and discovered something
about the law. The resulting e-mail sent out is included here (with the name removed)
"I'm absolutely delighted to report that _____________ did a very careful reading
of the new U.S. Code (2257) that imposes new penalties and record-keeping for a wide range of adult material. ___
properly pointed to an exclusionary provision buried at subparagraph (h)(3) that specifically excludes distribution or ANY
other activity which does not involve "hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation
of the performers depicted."
This is critical because it exempts all photo manip activities based on either "found"
photos or photos provided from any other source as long as the artist has ABSOLUTELY NO involvement in the hiring, contracting,
managing or arranging the participation of the models. In other words, all manip artists are exempt." (Emphasis mine)
So basically, this means that because I am not involved with
the models on this website, this site does not fall under this law.
